Picturesque coastal towns, naturally occurring harbours and spectacular views across Britain's Jurassic Coast – prepare to see the UK as you've never seen it before with our five day itinerary.

DISTANCE TO TRAVEL: 42NM

Embark at 1200 in the yacht’s home port of Gosport in Portsmouth where you will be greeted by your friendly captain and crew.

The Royal Naval dockyard is opposite the marina, there are lots of interesting things to look at such as the two new Navy aircraft carriers for your initial voyage when departing port.

Settle on board and unpack before setting sail out into the Solent, passing the beautiful Isle of Wight before following the coastline past Bournemouth, Sandbanks, Poole and the world renowned Jurassic coast toward Weymouth.

Wake up in Weymouth and enjoy breakfast on board. Take a stroll along the beach before returning on board and setting sail towards the West.

Following the Jurassic coast, the captain will choose a sheltered anchorage potentially between West Bay and Lyme Regis, so that the onboard water toys can be launched, exploring the beach and hidden coves. Return on board for lunch, the water toys will be recovered and the yacht will heave anchor and sail towards Salcombe.

Following the spectacular coastline, you will pass Exmouth, Torquay and Dartmouth where the captain will navigate into the historic River Dart, past the castle and the naval colleges.

Head ashore via tender to visit the beautiful town, indulge in an ice cream and return at your leisure for the final short voyage to Salcombe where you will berth overnight and dine on board.

Wake up to another freshly prepared breakfast and then take a walk ashore to explore the town and the beach on the East side of the harbour via the tender.

Meet back on board for lunch, you will then set sail towards the East, sailing back past the Jurassic coast towards Poole.

Arriving in early evening, the yacht will moor at Poole Quay Yacht Haven which is opposite the Sunseeker shipyard, there is a lot of activity that will keep you entertained before dinner!

Afterwards jump in a taxi to Sandbanks where you can enjoy sundowners along the sea front.

DISTANCE TO TRAVEL: 87NM

Spend the morning in Poole, take a short walk into town or return to Sandbanks where there is plenty to keep you entertained, either on the beach itself or the numerous activities locally including crazy golf and a beautiful promenade of shops.

The yacht can depart port and sail around to the beach and lay at anchor, ready to collect you using the tender when you want to be collected, where lunch will be prepared for your return.

After lunch, depart for the Isle of Wight, sailing past Christchurch, the captain will slowly circumnavigate the island which includes passing the iconic Needles point and entering the River Medina to the overnight berth in Cowes.

Enjoy a gourmet evening meal on board and explore this historic town, soaking up the atmosphere with some after dinner drinks ashore.

Day 5 - Cowes – Portsmouth

After your final night on board, enjoy a final breakfast on board and pack up before departing Cowes for the final cruise through the Solent including highlights of the Beaulieu River and Lymington before returning to the home port for 1130 and 1200 departure
