By taking the conscious decision to keep our fleet of represented yachts small and focused, we have the time and resources to super-serve our clients in all aspects of charter management, from securing charter bookings to producing world-class content to promote your yacht. The result would be a photo, video and story asset library that would be used to fuel an extensive marketing campaign for the yacht.


Our crew recruitment team know the industry inside out having worked on board for many years themselves. We understand the value of a cohesive team on board and will find you the perfect fit. We are fully MLC compliant and cover all areas of crew management, from issuing payslips to arranging travel and certification. If required by the client, we are able to facilitate pre-employment psychometric testing, criminal and financial background searches as well as varied high-level medical testing.


Buying or selling a yacht, especially your first, can be an overwhelming experience. West Nautical operates without sales brokers, this means our expert client managers have access to the expertise of our whole team of maritime professionals, making sure no stone is unturned when it comes to such an important sale or purchase. We can also offer yacht valuations and extensive market analysis to not only show suitable yachts in your price range, but also how long they’ve been on the market, their condition, refit history and onboard equipment.


A yacht refit is a complex business. Without effective management, careful planning and ongoing evaluation it’s something that can quickly go over budget and schedule. West Nautical act as an effective management partner; ensuring the refit is efficient and economical. Our technical team have had long careers across the marine sector and have excellent contacts across every marine trade, with a practical appreciation of the refit process.


Our team boasts some of the leading experts within yacht management and design. We deliver on time and on budget and work as an extension of your family office or fiscal advisers, where integrity, flexibility and trust are paramount.


Our specialist team work with yacht owners and captains to provide a completely bespoke service for all of the yachts we manage. Our input is completely dependent on your individual requirements, whether you would like regular communication and support, or a discreet service as and when required.
