West Nautical are thrilled to announce the sale of luxury motor yacht KD, highly specified Sanlorenzo 52Steel in La Spezia, where she was listed for €33,000,000 EX VAT.

The buyer was introduced by Barnard Blossier of BB7seas, with special thanks to Captain Tom Leyland and his crew for their assistance with the sale.

KD is not simply a Sanlorenzo, she is THE Sanlorenzo. Built for a highly experienced owner that any buyer will appreciate in 2018, 53m luxury motor yacht KD has been crafted with the utmost thought and precision.

She recently successfully completed her 5-year class survey and is the yard’s finest showcase of performance and technology with features, certifications and extras that have not been granted to any other model since her build.

Alongside an impressive list of customised upgrades and specifications, she is also VAT paid and sold with a luxury 7.5 metre limousine tender, uniquely fitted with Bentley lights.

Spectacular interior and outfitting

 KD’s interior design is by Tiziana Vercellesi, earning her a place as finalist of the prestigious Boat International Design and Innovation Awards in 2019. KD’s interior design and outfitting is truly a benchmark for what Sanlorenzo can deliver.

 Class leading beach club

Her floating tender garage floods to allow the tender to enter and exit with ease, and when not in use the floor lowers securely to resume use as part of the expansive beach club, with fold down terraces opening to port and starboard.

Extended from build

KD is unique in the 52Steel series in that she was extended from build to be 53 metres, with a lengthened swim platform allowing for more space for tender operations. The aft has strengthened bollards designed for ‘stern to’ and ‘rock’ moorings.
