Geoff has had the privilege of travelling all over the world during his maritime career. He first joined the Merchant Navy when he was 18 years old, before entering the superyacht industry in 2007.

Two decades of captivating experiences later, whilst the days of looking after and transporting celebrity guests during their yacht charters are behind him, he has continued to work within the yachting industry from ashore, running West Nautical from their global headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne.

In a collaboration that has spanned more than three years, West Nautical and Portfolio North have shared exclusive content which has excited both print and digital readers. Geoff will now share articles with Portfolio North on a monthly basis, providing updates and insights within the yachting and luxury travel industries.
