With the Mediterranean charter season now well underway, the entire yachting industry is now looking ahead to September’s annual fleet of shows, most prominent of which are Cannes Yachting Festival, Monaco Yacht Show and Southampton Boat Show, for those of us with offices in the United Kingdom.

Kicking off show season is Cannes Yachting Festival, 9 – 14 September 2025.

Each September, the Cannes Yachting Festival, France, brings together nearly 700 yachts, ranging from sleek 5 metre tenders to impressive 50 metre superyachts. Smaller models under 10 metres are displayed ashore, while larger yachts take pride of place in the water, creating a dynamic showcase across Vieux Port and Port Canto.

Monaco Yacht Show (24 – 27 September 2025) Port Hercule, Monaco

Arguably the pinnacle in the industry’s calendar, Monaco Yacht Show consists of a four day event in the glittering Port Hercule, with the world’s finest selection of superyachts on display, the ultimate display of glamour and scale.

This year’s show will welcome over 120 superyachts alongside 50 luxury tenders, with more than 560 exhibitors spanning the worlds of yacht building, design, and brokerage.

The show is open daily from 10:00 to 18:30 (until 18:00 on the final day).

Southampton International Boat Show (19 – 28  September 2025, Mayflower Park, UK)

While Cannes and Monaco shine in the Med, Southampton International Boat Show delivers yachting at its UK best. The 56th Southampton Boat Show returns to Mayflower Park from 19–28 September 2025, showcasing more than 300 boats afloat across a sprawling 50,000 m² dockside and marina layout.

The refreshed layout divides the event into clearly zoned sectors: Watersports, Dinghy, Classic & Day Boat, and The Shipyard for live entertainment and hospitality.
