West Nautical were thrilled to sponsor Albatross Golf Holidays and Events 2025 Pro-Am event in Dubai.

Returning for its 5th anniversary, Albatross were able to use Dubai's world-class golf scene to provide the most luxury, peaceful and high class golfing experience for all their competitors. All of these values synergise with West Nautical's commitment to provide the best in class yachting service for all customers on board, forming a strong and strategic partnership for the company to sponsor. This, along with West Nautical's recent expansion into Dubai, with an office of committed employees working tirelessly to provide the high quality service that the population of Dubai have grown to expect.

On the day of arrival, Dubai's entire layout exuded their forward thinkingness and modern energy, providing everyone who steps foot in its area to experience a completely different, yet quality world.

The first round took place at Dubai Creek, which faces the fabulous Dubai skyline, which has formed it into one of the most iconic golf courses in Dubai. This along with the pairings of guests with professional golfers allowed for a hospitable atmosphere on a high-quality plain; something that West Nautical are used to supplying on their own yacht charter fleet.

Round Two of the tournament began and marked the midway of the competition. This resulted in everyone getting fully into tournament mode, which was enhanced with the guest appearance of former World Number One Lee Westwood, one of a select few golfers that have won tournaments on five different continents. Majilis, Emirates Golf Club provided the ideal setting for competitors to enjoy the 2nd round.

Round Three was equally as competitive at Yas Links, where it set up for everything to play for in the final round. The competitive nature built up more and more when competitors considered the prestige of such a tournament like this, something incredibly prideful for West Nautical to sponsor, but incredibly relevant to showcase the exceptional delivery of service that the company aims to deliver.

Upon the Final Round of the tournament, the Earth Course provided the ideal setting to conclude the tournament, with its stunning backdrop laying host for Robbie Busher's eventual victory of £5000.00, with an astonishing under-seven result.

The whole Dubai Pro-Am 2025 event was a complete success, as it showcased some of the most impressive golfers, in a beautiful setting which showcased the true meaning of tranquility, high-quality and luxury in a competitive setting. This golfing event aligned perfectly with West Nautical's values and ethos, of providing nothing but the best quality, as the golfers displayed themselves in every round.
