Start your trip in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, a mixture of Spanish colonial architecture and modern skyscrapers, making this a unique and exciting destination to visit.
Intramuros, a walled city is steeped with tales from the past and is home to the magnificent 16th century San Agustin Church, which has been re-built three times due to both natural and man-made disasters.
In the grounds around Fort Santiago, once a military prison, you will find an oasis of manicured gardens, plazas and fountains leading to its arched gate and pretty lily pond.
Visit one of the world’s largest shopping malls, the SM Megamall, for an afternoon of retail therapy before heading back to the yacht.
Lubang island is the largest island in the Lubang Group of Islands, an archipelago located in about 150 miles southwest of Manila. You can expect to see greenery and small beaches dotted around the coast offering superb views of the surrounding areas.
Go ashore to indulge in some local cuisine and take in the sights of the town centre near Tilik Port, after which you can enjoy an afternoon of water sports and snorkelling over pristine coral reefs.
Situated off the south-eastern coast of Lubang, Golo island is a smaller, peaceful destination where you will be able to relax and enjoy the sunshine before heading ashore for a hike.
This nature filled island is the perfect place to learn about the local flora and fauna whilst meandering down walking trails to reach the panoramic view of Golo and Lubang islands and the surrounding areas.
Paluan Bay is located on the island of Occidental Mindoro in the Mimaroma region of the Philippines.
This bay is the perfect place to anchor and marvel at the view of Mount Calavite, a mountain with the elevation of 1521 metres. The hike to the top will take between five and six hours and with an incredible view from the top, it is definitely worth it.
There are shorter walks through the wildlife sanctuary where you will be able to take some great pictures for the photo albums back home.
Apo Reef is a coral reef system in the Philippines situated in the Occidental Mindoro Province. Stretching 34 square km’s, this is the largest coral reef system in the country and considered the second largest in the world.
Apo Reef is a stunning dive site for all divers and will definitely be a highlight on your trip around the Philippines.
With the coral reef being located in the Apo reef Natural Park, it has been virtually untouched and therefore, you will be able to enjoy many beautiful displays of coral and the marine life who call it home.
Your next destination, Coron Island, is a small archipelago found hidden between Palawan and Luzon, a tropical island like nowhere else.
In Coron, you will find freshwater lagoons, towering limestone karsts, sunken shipwrecks that have been taken over by colourful marine life and remote islands consisting of no more than pure white sand and swaying palm trees.
Gunter’s Cave is an amazing dive site for all levels of experience. It is named after one of the first explorers of this site and is also known to be called Cathedral Cave as when the light infiltrates the caves at certain times of day, the surroundings are lit up like a church or cathedral.
For on land activities, there are lovely nature trails which lead you through lush green forests, or conquer Mount Tapyas, which is more of an adventurous hike.
Culion, also home to shipwrecks, is perfect for a day of diving. The coral garden is beautiful and home to some 200 marine species in the area, a really beautiful, colourful dive awaits you.
Ashore, you will get a chance to immerse yourself in true Filipino culture. Enjoy a tour around town and try the local cuisine such as Bibingkang Taga-log, a traditional sticky rice cake.
A walk around town is the best place to pick up souvenirs for your loved ones back on board or at home. A visit to the Balanga Falls is also a must when visiting Culion.
The island of Linapacan is halfway between Coron and El Nido and is surrounded by 52, mostly deserted paradise beach islands. Known for its clear water and snorkelling, this island is a must-see on your Philippines holiday.
Your options for activities are endless. From visiting million-year-old caves, cliff diving into the ocean and even jungle trails to spend a day hiking, this island has something for the whole family.
Spend the afternoon relaxing on board or swimming off one of the beaches in the crystalline waters whilst you marvel at the coral formations below.
If you would like time ashore, there are also two small towns in Linapacan with the main one being San Miguel.
El Nido is known for its white sand beaches, coral reefs and the Bacuit archipelago, a group of islands with steep karst cliffs.
Spend the afternoon diving or snorkelling to see the local marine life and reefs, the perfect opportunity to take underwater photos. More advanced divers can explore the dive site at a nearby island of Dilumacad, a long tunnel leading to a stunning under water cavern.
End your perfect day with an evening relaxing at local beach bars with your favourite drink in hand. Why not try some local cuisine such as Nido soup as you watch the sun go down on another spectacular day.
Honda Bay is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Puerto Princesa, most well-known for its white sand beaches, incredible landscapes and coral reefs, home to abundant marine life.
