Embark in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro in Marina de Gloria where you will be greeted by your exceptional captain and crew aboard your chosen yacht.
Once settled in, you will cruise to your first destination of Ilha Grande, the largest of the 365 Brazilian islands. Boasting over 109 fine sand beaches, take in exceptional views over the world-renowned Sugarloaf Island as you cruise. Stop along the way to unwind in one of the many secluded coves and to enjoy the yacht’s selection of onboard water toys.
Spend the evening in Vila do Abraao bay, with a long pier surrounded by restaurants and bars, it’s the perfect way to soak up some of the local culture. Head back to your yacht for a nightcap under the stars, ready for your adventure to unfold.
Start the day with a visit to the beautiful Lagoa Azul, a blue lagoon perfect for snorkelling and swimming. After a morning enjoying the water head back on board for lunch as you cruise towards the next attraction.
Spend the rest of the day on Lopes Mendes beach, surrounded by lush vegetation and mountains, it truly is one of the most gorgeous beaches in Brazil.
The beach is popular with surfers and bodyboarders alike if you wish to take to the waves, or alternatively just relax, sunbathe and enjoy a freshly prepared beach barbecue from your crew.
After breakfast head ashore to Centro Histórico of Angra dos Reis. Stroll through the cobblestone streets of Angra’s historic downtown, where you'll find colonial architecture, charming churches, and quaint squares. The town’s history dates back to the 16th century, and the architecture reflects its Portuguese colonial past.
After lunch in a traditional local restaurant head back in to nature, take a hike in the surrounding national park, or visit one of the nearby spectacular waterfalls. Cachoeira da Pedra Branca is located near, where you can swim or relax in the cool water after a short hike.
In the evening dine ashore, try traditional Brazilian dishes such as moqueca (a seafood stew), peixe grelhado (grilled fish), and caipirinha (Brazil’s national cocktail) made with local fruits.
Today you will discover the Brazilian gem of Paraty, an UNESCO World Heritage colonial town, huddled between lush mountains and the sea. Many celebrities such as Mick Jagger and Tom cruise have rented homes on this enchanting island.
Explore the cobblestone streets, stopping at art galleries, churches and traditional shops as you go, and of course make time for a lunch in the sun. For those who love music, many of the local bars often host jazz concerts.
Dine on board or in one of the fabulous local restaurants, then head back ashore to get your Samba on, with many bars open till late where you can dance the night away.
On Day 5, cruise to Saco do Mamanguá, a stunning fjord-like bay, just an hour away. Known as one of Brazil's hidden gems, this beautiful area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
Spend the day kayaking through serene mangroves or hike up to Sugarloaf Peak, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Afterward, relax by swimming in the calm waters or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
As night falls, anchor in the tranquil bay, surrounded by the natural beauty and serenity of this untouched paradise.
This morning you will sail to Ilha da Cotia, a small, lush island known for its calm waters and vibrant marine life. Spend the morning snorkeling or simply relaxing in this serene environment surrounded by nature.
Next, visit Praia Vermelha, a secluded beach perfect for a peaceful swim or a picnic on its soft sands. The beach’s tranquility offers a perfect escape from the crowds.
End the day with a stunning sunset dinner aboard your yacht, dining al fresco as the sun sets over the ocean, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink.
Today you will cruise back to Ilha Grande, a three-four hour journey, with a final stop at Lagoa Verde or Praia dos Meros. These scenic spots offer clear, calm waters, perfect for one last round of swimming, snorkelling, or paddleboarding.
As the day winds down, anchor near the village of Abraão. Enjoy a celebratory final dinner, either indulging in local cuisine at a beachside restaurant in the village, or savouring a meal prepared by your onboard chef.
