Last week, the West Nautical team attended Boot Düsseldorf 2025, the world’s largest indoor boat show, held at Messe Düsseldorf from January 18-26. The event showcased a remarkable array of vessels, from kayaks to luxury superyachts, along with the latest advancements in marine technology.

Highlights from Boot Düsseldorf 2025
The show delivered an impressive lineup of world premieres and exclusive yacht unveilings. British builder Princess debuted its all-new F58, a stunning addition to their fleet, while Sunseeker showcased the updated Manhattan 68, drawing plenty of attention. Other highlights included the debuts of the Aquador 400HT, XO Explr 44, Solaris Power 60 Coupé, and the Maxim 43 Comfort.

The West Nautical Experience
Throughout the week, the West Nautical team explored the very best the marine industry had to offer. We had the privilege of stepping aboard several of the world’s finest yachts, engaging with exhibitors, and networking with clients, partners, and innovators across the sector.

The event was a fantastic opportunity to immerse ourselves in the latest advancements in marine technology and design. From spectacular yachts to cutting-edge gadgets, the diversity of products on display at Boot Düsseldorf 2025 was nothing short of extraordinary.

Yacht Highlights
During the show, we had the privilege of exploring several exceptional models from a range of esteemed builders exhibiting brand new and updated models. Here's some of the highlights we picked out:

Sanlorenzo - SP92: The Sanlorenzo SP92 is the second model in the innovative Smart Performance line, reflecting the brand's dedication to high-performance, sustainable, and sporty yachts. Developed in collaboration with Studio Zuccon International Project for the exterior and architect Piero Lissoni for the interior, the SP92 features minimalist and clean lines that enhance its sportiness while maintaining elegance and performance. The yacht spans four levels, with large windows connecting the interior to an expansive aft area, including a customizable beach area of approximately 45 square meters. Powered by twin MAN V12 - 2000 HP engines, the SP92 can reach speeds of up to 40 knots.

Bluegame - BG74: The Bluegame BG74 is a ground-breaking open motor yacht that rivals the exterior space of flybridge yachts. Its design allows for comfortable interior areas that flow effortlessly from the deck to the saloon, creating a unique connection with the sea. Built to the highest quality, the BG74 offers flexible and highly customizable interior solutions, with materials selected to give internal areas a warm and cosy feel. The yacht measures 22.82 meters in length overall, with a beam of 5.60 meters and a draft of 1.60 meters. It is powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS engines, with options for 900 HP or 1,000 HP, allowing for a maximum speed of 30 knots.

Bluegame - BX63: The Bluegame BGX63 offers a profound connection to the sea, with an innovative layout that places the master cabin at the centre of the yacht, just a few steps from the ocean. Designed for long journeys, the BGX63 boasts excellent performance combined with extraordinary seaworthiness. The yacht measures 20.00 meters in length overall, with a beam of 5.30 meters and a draft of 1.42 meters. It features stylish and comfortable spaces on board, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious layout allows for maximum comfort and safety in all weather conditions.

Sunseeker - Manhattan 68: The world premiere of the Sunseeker Manhattan 68 at Boot Düsseldorf 2025 was a major highlight of the show, drawing significant attention for its perfect fusion of luxury, innovation, and performance. This sleek 69-foot yacht is designed for effortless entertaining, featuring an open-plan layout with an aft galley seamlessly connecting to the cockpit. The spacious saloon is bathed in natural light, while below deck, four beautifully appointed cabins, including a full-beam master suite, provide comfort for extended cruising. Equipped with twin MAN V8 engines offering up to 32 knots, the Manhattan 68 delivers both power and refinement. An expansive Beach Club and Portuguese-bridge bow seating further enhance its appeal, solidifying its place as a standout in Sunseeker’s line-up.

Sunseeker - Superhawk 55: The Sunseeker Superhawk 55 exemplifies the brand's return to its performance-oriented roots, offering a blend of speed, luxury, and innovative design. Measuring 56 feet 2 inches in length with a 16-foot 2-inch beam, this open cruiser is powered by twin 725 hp Volvo Penta IPS950 engines, achieving a top speed of approximately 38 knots. The cockpit is designed for versatility, featuring adjustable L-shaped sofas and a wet bar, making it ideal for both social gatherings and relaxation. Below deck, the Superhawk 55 offers a spacious saloon with a galley and two en suite staterooms, providing comfortable accommodations for extended voyages. Notably, the yacht includes a garage capable of housing a 9-foot-2-inch Williams MiniJet 280 tender, enhancing its appeal for water sports enthusiasts.

Weekend Boats Highlights

At Boot Düsseldorf 2025, the West Nautical team explored a variety of 'weekend boats', versatile vessels ideal for short getaways, with some of the standout brands highlighted below:

Axopar impressed with their range, including the award-winning Axopar 29 XC Cross Cabin, which secured the 'Up to 10m' category at the European Powerboat of the Year Awards.

Nimbus presented their latest lineup, highlighting the Weekender series designed for leisurely cruises with family and friends.

Saxdor showcased six models, including the innovative 400 GTC, known for its speed, luxury, and versatile design.

Additionally, BRIG displayed a range of RIBs from their Navigator and Eagle series, all powered by Mercury engines, offering robust performance for weekend adventures.

These 'weekend boats' cater to boating enthusiasts seeking quick escapes without compromising on comfort or performance.
