MYBA Charter Show 2025

The West Nautical Team spent the last days of April in sunny Sanremo at this year’s annual MYBA Charter Show, where they have enjoyed everything from exquisite onboard dining experiences to on deck DJs, games, and more, all on the world's finest fleet of superyachts available for charter.

What is MYBA?

Established in 1984, MYBA is a global professional organisation made up of both Corporate and Individual Members. Their mission: to inspire, support, and empower those in the superyacht industry to achieve their best.

What is the annual MYBA Charter Show?

The MYBA Charter Show (MCS) is a premier event on the global yachting calendar and a testament to MYBA’s expertise in organising world-class experiences. With over 20 years of proven excellence, it showcases a curated fleet of superyachts and attracts a qualified audience, all with the aim of promoting a sustainable yachting industry.

Why do West Nautical attend the MYBA Charter Show?

Attending the show allows the team to step on board the industry’s finest yachts available for luxury charter holidays, so we can then inform our clients of which yacht will best suit their needs. It’s also a great opportunity for the team to connect with other companies and industry peers.

There has been no shortage of exceptional interiors and onboard commodities this year. From the recently refit 60m Alfa G, built by Oceanco, complete with grand piano last graced by the hands of Alicia Keys, to Dunya Yachts’ 72m Axioma, with its spectacular infinity pool and double deck mezzanine.

Attending MYBA was an exceptional experience that showcased the incredible synergy of our team as we came together to share our expertise. Over the course of four exhilarating days, we had the privilege of exploring an impressive array of yachts, each more stunning than the last.

What we did witness was nothing short of breathtaking—from the elegant atriums of the luxurious Axioma, adorned with intricate designs and opulent furnishings, to the remarkable Alpha Nero, featuring innovative pools that seamlessly transform into expansive decking in just ten minutes. Not to mention the exquisite Bentley dining tables on the Emir, where every detail exuded sophistication.

The show served as an invaluable platform for networking, allowing us to connect with fellow brokers in the industry with whom we had previously only communicated via email. Meeting them face-to-face fosters stronger, more personal relationships, enriching our professional connections and opening doors to new opportunities. It was truly an event that combined learning, innovation, and camaraderie in the world of yachting."
