West Nautical is recruiting a Female Sous Chef (due to cabin arrangements) for a 64m Sanlorenzo Private New Build MY.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a New Build, the Vessel is due to deliver in June/July 2024 and it will spend the Summer Season cruising the Eastern Mediterranean. The Vessel is a single seasoned Vessel, which generally runs from April through to October followed by a slow Winter period.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Sous/Crew Chef or Sole Chef on 40m + M/Y, excellent time management/execution skills and creative with diverse varied menus.

The successful candidate has the opportunity to spend some time training in the Owners Restaurant before joining the Vessel.

Start date: 01 June 2024
Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD & Ships Cook Certificate
Visas: Schengen Visa (if applicable)
Package: 5 000.00 per month - 6 000.00 Eur. per month, 60 days Annual Leave & full MLC Contract
