West Nautical are recruiting an Italian Rotational Sole Chef for a 55m MY, Charter/Private.

The candidate must have professional culinary trained and extensive Charter experience  with a solid background in high end restaurants along with flawless References.

The Chef should Must strong experience in pastry, Italian and Asian cuisines to qualify for the position.  Looking for a professional, hardworking, and can-do attitude as this is a busy program.

Start Date: 01 June 2024

Qualifications: STCW, ENG1 & Ships Cook Certificate, PSDS & professional Culinary Qualifications

Package: Salary - DOE, 2:2 Rotation, full MLC Contract, Health Insurance & Flights
